ABOUT DR BELL AND HIS LEGACY- Page 3
(Correspondence)
Letter dating from 1943 sent by W A D Alexander of The Bristol Waterworks Company to J K B Crawford describing the fact that Dr Bell and others had caught their fish by spinning (Crawford was a local schoolteacher and a very successful Blagdon angler). The original is very feint and it has been 'computer enhanced' to make it more readable. Dr Bell was obviously not a purist!
